Your plants are carefully packed in sustainable, custom-designed boxes to ensure stability and protection on their journey to their new home. Each box is designed with both the environment and plant safety in mind.
📍 Easy Order Tracking
Once your plant is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey every step of the way, making delivery as seamless as possible.
📅 Standard Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your plants within the following timeframes:
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 1-4 business days
- Austria, France, Germany, Denmark, Ireland: 1-5 business days
- Italy, Spain, Sweden: 1-6 business days
🌱 Upon Plant Arrival
To help your new plant settle in smoothly:
Unpack Gently: Carefully remove the plant from its packaging.
Positioning: Place it in a well-lit spot, but avoid direct sunlight.
Check the Soil: If the top 2-3 cm of soil feels dry, give it a light watering. Avoid overwatering, as plants need time to adjust.
Avoid Repotting: To keep your 30-day plant guarantee valid, we recommend not repotting immediately.
