Moving to a new home isn’t always easy for plants. They like to take it slow, so give them a little time to adjust to their new spot. If things still don’t go as planned, our guarantee has your back, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Just a heads-up: if a plant is out of stock, we might not be able to offer an identical replacement. And one more thing: repotting your plant within the first 30 days? That voids the guarantee, so hold off for now.
For plants delivered without a nursery pot, we recommend a gentle repotting (just make sure to keep the root ball intact to avoid damage).
