Our standard shipping times for indoor plants across Europe are:
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 1-4 business days
- Austria, France, Germany, Denmark, Ireland: 1-5 business days

Absolutely! Once your indoor plant order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on this page and ensure timely delivery.

Plant accessories
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any damaged or incorrect items. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@cheekyplants.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Plants and Terrariums
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on plants and terrarium kits. Plants are classified as perishable goods under the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the General Product Safety Directive 2001/95/EC, which exempts such items from the obligation to accept returns.
However, in case your plant arrives damaged or does not survive within the first 30 days, as a registered member you are automatically part of the Cheeky Club and therefore eligible for our 30-day Green Thumbs Guarantee, click on the link for more information.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

How do I care for my new indoor plants
How do I care for my new indoor plants
Our plants are delivered in a nursery pot. Once your new plant has acclimated for a few weeks, you can decide to repot it. However, it's not required at this point and we recommend to avoid it—you may leave the plant in its nursery pot for several months provided it isn't becoming root-bound or its roots aren't spreading out from the base or top. Please note that if you decide to repot your plant within the first 30 days, you will not be eligible anymore for the Green Thumb Guarantee
